Standardised solutions for energy management processes
SOPTIM Elements is a modular, cloud-based platform whose standardised components can be used flexibly and integrated seamlessly. EDITIONEN (editions), THEMENGEBIETE (thematic areas) and ELEMENTE (elements) cover specific process steps and operate reliably within the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
- Design dynamic tariffs efficiently: Calculate and manage them automatically based on load profile data, spot prices and individual surcharges. A real-time dashboard and API deliver results directly to billing systems and customer portals.
- Automate the exchange of contact data (PARTIN): Implement PARTIN messages automatically and in compliance with regulations. Generation, transmission and status processing are carried out entirely digitally. Support for the gas market will also be available in future.
- Master data comparison in the MaStR: Automate the comparison of your master data with the MaStR to identify discrepancies early on and ensure that connected systems are kept up to date. This function can be used either independently or fully integrated into epilot.
- Comply with REMIT II reporting requirements with confidence: Meet the REMIT II requirements applicable from 2026 automatically and in an audit-proof manner, covering everything from data maintenance and validation to ACER-compliant reporting. In collaboration with DeltaconX and RRM Vaikoon, we are creating an integrated, traceable and efficient reporting chain.

SOPTIM is supporting this change with SAGA: a proven, scalable software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for electricity and gas processes.
