We warmly invite you to the iTrade Anwendertreffen (User Conference) on 23rd und 24th of September, 2026 in Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt in Cologne.
Look forward to fascinating insights and an opportunity to connect with other users, as well as our experts. The first speakers have already confirmed their attendance, including Wood Mackenzie with a presentation on forecasting and a customer presentation from SWW. This year, there will be a special focus on our World Café. In this interactive format, you will have the opportunity to discuss various topics in small, rotating groups, share your experiences and develop new ideas.

Start: 23rd September 2026, 12pm lunch
End: 24th September 2026, 1pm after lunch
Venue: Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt, Pipinstraße 1, 50667 Cologne
Participation fee: 590€ per person (including accommodation in a single room with breakfast, further meals throughout the day and the social event/ 410,00€ without accommodation). We will take care of booking the hotel rooms for you.
On 23rd of September we’ll wrap up the day’s events together: At 7pm we’ll meet for dinner at the nearby Brauerei zur Malzmühle. Afterwards, starting 9pm, an exclusive casino evening awaits you back at the hotel.
Parking is available in the public car parks within walking distance or at the hotel (100 spaces, € 36 per day / € 6 per hour – please note: if you wish to drive directly to the hotel’s underground car park, enter “Große Sandkaul” instead of „Pipinstraße”. This way, your navigation device will guide you to the car park entrance more reliably). Please keep in mind, that we are unable to reserve parking spaces for you. Unfortunately, SOPTIM cannot cover the parking fees.
